1976 Capital / Private family capital

Patient capital.
Enduring legacy.

The private investment arm of the Siddiqui family. We invest our own capital, on our own timeline, alongside sponsors and operators who build for the long term.

01 / Our approach

Family money, invested like it is meant to last.

1976 Capital invests the family's own capital. There are no outside investors to answer to and no fund clock forcing a sale, so we can be the partner most sponsors hope for: decisive when a deal is right, patient when a plan needs time, and steady when markets are not.

We take co-investments, joint-venture stakes and GP or promote positions beside experienced sponsors, and hold operating businesses where we can add real value.

02 / Where we invest

Three areas
we know well.

Decades across medicine, real estate and enterprise shape where we commit capital, and where we can contribute more than capital.

Real assets

Industrial & net-lease real estate

Mission-critical industrial, logistics and long-lease properties with strong tenants, in Florida and selectively nationwide.

Healthcare

Healthcare & services

Practices, services and platforms where a physician's view of how care really works is an advantage.

Aerospace & technology

03 / For sponsors & operators

A steady partner
at the table.

  • Co-investments, joint ventures and GP / promote partnerships
  • Experienced sponsors with a record in the asset class
  • Clear business plans with real downside protection
  • Assets and companies we would be proud to hold for years
  • Transparent reporting and aligned economics
04 / How we work

Simple principles, kept.

I

Answers, not committees

One decision-maker means a clear yes or no, quickly, and follow-through you can plan around.

II

Patience as an edge

Without a fund life to manage, we can hold through cycles and let good assets compound.

III

Alignment first

We invest beside our partners, with our own capital at risk and the same interest in the outcome.
